We're so pleased to announce that this month's roundtable will feature agents Sarah Younger and Natanya Wheeler from Nancy Yost Literary Agency.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Sarah E. Younger began her career in publishing at Press53 in Winston Salem, NC. She later attending the University of Denver’s graduate publishing program, and after attending she moved to New York city. Sarah has been with the Nancy Yost Literary Agency since the fall of 2011. She is a member of RWA and AAR. She is specifically interested in representing all varieties of romance (including science fiction and fantasy), women’s fiction, and select non-fiction. Natanya Wheeler is an agent at NYLA as well as director of digital rights. She is particularly interested in literary fiction that touches on current events and multicultural issues; dark psychological thrillers, cozy mysteries, book club fiction and domestic suspense. Above all, characterization and voice are what grab her attention. She loves to find new writers and does not shy away from debut talent. For nonfiction, Natanya would love to find authors with strong platforms who write about nature, the human mind women’s issues or animals.
