Kate’s debut novel EXCAVATIONS is out July 4 with HarperVia. She studied archaeology at Penn and lived in New York, LA, and DC and worked for CBS in TV development, and for CollegeHumor and BuzzFeed. Excavations has been optioned for a TV adaptation and she’s currently working on her second novel. She lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband, daughter and dog.
