Leslie Jamison's new book, The Recovering, came out in April 2018. She's also written a novel, The Gin Closet, and a collection of essays, The Empathy Exams. Her work has appeared in places including The New York Times Magazine, Harper's, Oxford American, A Public Space, Virginia Quarterly Review, and The Believer. For several years she was also a columnist for the New York Times Book Review. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
Rebecca Donner is the author of the novel Sunset Terrace and the graphic novel Burnout. Her essays and reportage have appeared in numerous publications, including the New York Times and Bookforum. Her next book, a work of narrative nonfiction, is forthcoming from Little, Brown.
Idra Novey is the author of the novels Those Who Knew, forthcoming from Viking this November, and Ways to Disappear, winner of the 2017 Sami Rohr Prize, the 2016 Brooklyn Eagles Prize, and a finalist for the LA Times Book Prize for First Fiction. She's translated multiple books from Spanish and Portuguese, most recently Clarice Lispector's The Passion According to G.H.
