Gráinne Fox joined Fletcher & Company in 2008, having worked as an agent at Ed Victor Ltd in London for 9 years. Her list consists of literary fiction, quality commercial authors and award-winning journalists.
Currently Looking For: New American and international voices. In particular, literary fiction that’s swoon-worthy on a line level but with an equally enveloping plot. I have a fondness for literary crime and smart thrillers; up-market fiction; narrative nonfiction (anything involving spies & espionage, historical or contemporary). Singular, spectacularly written literary memoir. In short, any book that will “both stimulate the mind and satisfy the heart” to borrow a phrase. She is also — inevitably — passionate about new Irish writing.
Not Looking For: Romance
Clients: Her clients include Sophie Macintosh, Sarah Pinborough, Sonia Purnell, Duncan Hamilton, Nuala O’Connor, Lisa Carey, David Shafer, Julia Stuart, Tom Parker Bowles, Laura Calder. Gráinne also works with select British agencies for the US market with a specific focus on crime and psychological suspense.
